We had a great inspection experience with Mary today. The agent who showed us the property was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain the rental process from a tenant’s perspective. She was also very patient in answering all of our questions and made the inspection experience smooth and stress-free.We truly appreciated the support and would highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a professional and reliable real estate agency.

Mary Cooper has been an outstanding help in my search for an investment property in Hobart. She went above and beyond by inspecting a potential property on my behalf, providing excellent, detailed photos and videos that gave me a true sense of the place. Her thorough due diligence and insightful analysis were invaluable in narrowing down my options with confidence. I highly recommend Mary to any investor seeking a knowledgeable, diligent, and highly effective property manager.

As tenants, we appreciated how professional, responsive, and friendly Nathan was throughout the entire renting process. From the initial viewing and lease signing to eventually vacating, Nathan made everything clear and easy. Highly recommend their services to any prospective renters!

I have been with Southern Horizons for the past few months, and have been genuinely surprised by the sheer amount of professionalism, kindness, thoroughness and care shown by my real estate agent Mary Cooper. Not only has she taken the time to be an amazing communicator no matter what the issue may be (problems with Aurora and connection, maintenance jobs, smoke alarm checks), but she has also shown compassion by helping try to look for a suitable property when my family was struggling to find one, when the house they were renting had sold. She keeps all her tenants at the front of her mind, always being accessible when there is a concern, and promptly addressing it, while also keeping landlords in mind, ensuring that the property is thoroughly photographed, and conditions report is accurate and informed (mine was 11 pages!) I can not recommend her enough, and judging by the rest of the reviews, people feel the same! Thanks for everything Mary!
