The management fee is collected on a weekly basis from the rent paid by your tenant. The Property Management Fee covers the day-to-day operation of your property to ensure it is performing at its best.

2 Weeks Rent
When your property is leased to a new tenant, we charge the equivalent of 2 weeks rent to cover the cost of sourcing your new tenant and all the paperwork involved.
1 Week Rent
When your property is leased to an existing tenant, we charge the equivalent of 1 week rent to cover the cost of the paperwork involved.
Recovery Fee
Yes, that’s right. We don’t make a dollar from advertising your property as all fees charged for advertising your property goes into actually advertising your property; and sometimes we already have just the right tenant lined up for you!
